no pages are loading and I can't switch servers and I'm stuck on this page ive been here for 37 minutes

Fr it still hasn't loaded since now
It's been loading for an hour
Been sitting here for an hour staring at a spinning circle, I may be going crazy at this point 
nothing is actually loading , i've been trying for hours
It's been like three or four hours for me
