Why everyone so confused?
I'm dying laughing here of how observed everything is, I love romcoms 😂😂😂😂

So the thing is, some old lady is the fan of the Phantom thief and went to a private detective with the excuse that phantom stole something from her in hopes of finding him. The detective went to take some pic from the phantom for the old lady, but when he made eye contact with phantom, phantom started saying something to him from the rooftop. The police though they know each other so they arrested him, after investigation they found out they were wrong but they decided to use the detective as a decoy to make the phantom show himself because he showed interest to the detective. They sent a massage from detective saying he fell in love with the phantom and asking him to meet on the rooftop. And here we are..
