First of all she needs counselling
For comforting tell her that there isn't only one fish in the sea and the right man destiny gives her will come on right time. It's better explaining her living with someone who doesn't like us make our lives bitter and live with someone who loves us more than we love them. Ruining our lives for someone who doesn't even know worth of it is useless. This is a challenge and we should face it. Running away is not a solution.
