Your brain doesn't adapt to the body you're in, that's the stupidest comment I've seen here. If that were true then 100% of all the mangas where adults reincarnate in children's bodies like "I failed to divorce my husband", "I became the wife of the male lead," this one, etc, wouldn't work since half the story is them planning like adults while being kids.
Also.... I think you're the one who needs to re-read this. The fact that when she was a newborn she had the thought process of thinking her new baby life would be boring, then cried when she was a newborn because her parents weren't asking for her opinion on her nickname, she knew when the ML was coming to her life, prepared for it and managed to create a plan to escape the future the novel had for her.....
