tbh he didn't really have the freedom to consent since he was scared of being literally beat up and when he said he actually couldn't do it he was told that jae would literally beat him up if he didn't
he was also pretty much being bribed to do it and wasn't in a position where he was able to say no
also it became ra** when he asked for jae to stop and he refused and didn't let him leave

It's a ra** when someone say stop and you keep continue even if he/she say yes before when you say no it's no and he was scared to be hurt if he refuse to have s** with him so it's not consent when you do it because you scared of what can happen if you say no it's consensual when you want to do it
