I was an avid BJ Alex reader and remembered scenes where the ml made the mc have seggs with him without proper consent. I was quite pis*** and didn't think he was irredeemable, especially when he took advantage of the fact he was a fan and used him for content on his channel. Later on the ml got karma but I still think the mc deserved better. At the end, I managed to appreciate their relationship after being open on their feelings (still annoyed that ml hurt the mc when he was struggling to open up in the first place). It's a comic where people forget how badly the ml treated the mc.
This comic to me feels like the exact same formula. The mc isn't in the best place in life and the ml uses him to his advantage. The difference in body type is insane and creates more memorable issues regarding seggs. This time the mc has a serious backstory and his sexual relationship has a transaction that no other job could offer. He needs money asap. Prostitution is quite a thin line that they tread before it becomes rope. You are right about that, but I think if people can read BJ Alex, they could probably read Jinx.
You are within you're right to dislike this comic right now, however I'm allowed to see hope in this relationship (@Ajax). There's been worse, and consent is the bare minimum, but character arcs are one of my favourite and I'm willing to take a chance on this comic :)
