@Stfu I honestly think you should tell her kindly that your uncomfortable (wether emotionally or physically) and maybe talk to her about. And if you don't want to be honest about right away you can lie about stiff shoulders or feeling jittery. But again it wouldn't be rude to express how your feeling just remember to be kind or it could be misinterpreted.
