I’m trying to recall has she ever had trouble with summoning things in anything other than her last attempt per day? I’m wondering if she could surpass her limit through burning multiple charges.

@Michael Bootes its not that she can "fail" to summon, there is just limit on what she can create. Most likely its about world technology, complex item (like chemicals or nuke) or something else
@JacobS the limit is cost not complexity otherwise she could never have gotten the van.
