@Vani right. Just as straight stuff generally isn’t written from the perspective of women , bls isn’t written from a LGBTQIA perspective. Partly it’s a lack of female and q*r writers. But often it feels like bls are sexist architecture literature, just one of the partners has a d*ck drawn on. I know in the novel scene has allot of q*r literature is written by straight women. It’s also why q*r people sometimes struggle to see themselves reflected in the manga industry. It’s this grand scale misappropriation. Given that both women and q*r have histories of their images being manipulated by others it’s a bit sad. I think it’s something that has to be kept in mind when reading this stuff
