In Korea you literally cannot smoke in restaurants. Big fine for smokers who break the law and bigger ones for owners caught turning a blind eye. As for this "landlord" guy, there are so many variables that could be going on, like...twins, split personality, older guy's toyboy/son/bodyguard, etc, etc, etc...can't wait to find out...
