I would say Nightfall is worse. Yuri has proper motive (its twisted in presentation) to be hostile against Loid, concern for his sister because he feels something about Loid as the perfect spouse is off but he can’t prove it.
Nightfall on the other hand is singlehandley obsessed with being Loid’s spouse that she blantantly disregards the situation and her superior’s orders. If Yor were perceptive the way Yuri is, Twilight’s cover could be in danger (though Anya would desperately try and cover for Loid as she does treasure her foster family and their jobs)
