@6malord I don't know if this helps but you might wanna set a timer and take 5-10 min break every 30 mins or so . After doing it for 4 times, just take a break of 20 mins. You can do anything you like in your break time from listening to music to taking a walk or chatting with friends or family. I also recommend to listen to white/brown noise in the background for focus . You can also listen to songs that you don't understand. It's very much your choice to or not to. Must important , NEVER  forget to drink WATER. It's just too essential to leave out.

@Fluffy\(* ^ *)/ Personally tho, if you want long term effects. Ion recommend this method. This is just you basically rewarding yourself for every 30 mins. It's just making you more of an addict to what you do in that 10 mins, making you a lazy person who can't do shi without those high dopamines every 30  mins.
@Fluffy\(* ^ *)/ Oh wait, if it's just resting. It's fine but if you use your phone in those 10 mins, it's bad.
