Did Gabin just steal and pa** her grandma's collection to help Tae-Ung?

I think it's hers
Possible, but it doesn't make sense. Up until recently, her behavior has been destructive to sabotage her grandmother's reputation as an act of revenge for how her mother was dealt with (she cooled it after Tae-Ung compared her to her grandma). Gabin isn't really someone who cares about material possessions (at least I haven't seen any indicator suggesting that, but I could very well be wrong). Considering those bags are worth a decent amount of money, it's more likely handbags her grandmother owned.
It could lead to her grandmother revealing Tae-Ung being a bodyguard or more likely using Tae-Ung's dad as a publicity stunt to fund her campaign to become president (by funding his treatment of cancer as a kind motherly woman who cares about the citizens since that is her angle for running for office)
