A monk told his real mother to hide amulets around their quarters and his mother did so, even if it wasn't permissible. The only trusted ones knew, in which the new queen and Lee Nok's stepmom was included. The stepmom was his mother's student type you can say and she did something horrible to one of the young maids for which she was punished by Lee Nok's mother. After getting punished she spread the rumor of Lee Nok's mother doing dirty arts and hiding the amulets. The maids wanted the mother remove the buried amulets before they get caught but she didn't because she cared for Lee Nok. Then one of the maids who was scared for her life went to the king with amulet and told him everything so the king gave Lee Nok's mother the death punishment. I hope its clear<3
