I have three theories at the moment:
1. Woojou hyung is MC. He will get lost in the maze gate and, since they said the maze gate will bring you to weird places, he'll end up in the past. Since ML taught him about the maze gate paths he will know everything about them and will use that knowledge to save ML, but won't say his name to avoid changing the future. This will also explain why ML sometimes feels like MC is that hyung.
2. The hyung is part of the evil faction. He will come back to use ML and ML will choose him over MC. After MC leaves, ML will realize that the hyung is not worth it and will go after MC
3. The hyung doesn't exist. The evil faction leader (who is said to manipulates minds) made that memory so that ML would be incapacitated in his job as an esper or more easily controllable
