the main character made his own version of elotes!!!! a delicacy street food in Mexico. The original elote corn cob is lathered with mayonnaise, sour cream or Mexican crema, lime juice, lime zest, Cotija cheese, covered with chili powder. fresh cilantro, and fresh lime wedges as a side serving. it's good!!!
