I read that the mc gang ra** the ml in the past and he then  spread his photos and that's the reason why the ml is taking his revenge by making others gang ra** him and even after promising that he will delete his picture he didn't ..infact he will still spread those pictures and I heard the ending is just stockholm syndrome (these are all the spoiler I've seen so far)

the mc gets becomes totally depents on ml, and in the novel he puts honey on his talala and makes the dog lick it and up his a** too, the next day the ml sees it on the camera and make the dog fu** the mc while hes watching. in the sides but the authour deleted that but u can see read on lilly on the valley.
