The "oh so pure" hero trope is really annoying. Not sleeping with someone who has no idea of what she's getting into -or about birth control- is just sensible.

And if Jin asks his lady friend for help teaching Sera, it's probably going to solidify any suspicions the village has that Sera comes from some super-remote area run by religious nutters.
