Yeah it's all depressing and frustrating for all of us. But come to think of it, this is the point where everything comes together. Jist like what others are saying, this is one the most realistic outcomes we can see in a story. They're all both drowning, and it's all in the matter of time and movements that will tell on how things will get to its rightful end. Either one will reciprocate the love back, or one will accept one's feelings etc. It's sad and painful, yet we need to continue it in order to have atleast a sort of enlightenment. :
