in fact, in the novels I think Luo Zheng just straight up rapes her to rob her of what's useful about her special body for that massive array? If there was any aprodisiac involved, I don't think it actually worked on him but they had reached that bottom line where if he still wanted to delay the big bad of the current arc, he would've either needed to kill her or sleep with her.
