I know how this story ends!!!
So pretty much caesar continues to ra** him for a whole week before the doctor comes and treats him.
Later on, Caesar leaves him for a little bit but Caesar gets shot by Dmitree.
Dmitree lies to Leewon by saying Caesar is dead (but he isn't) and tries to kill Leewon, but Leewon escapes the mansion and hides in a pile of snow. Leewon faints in the snow but is then rescued by the assassin hired by Lomonov(remember the sniper who shot Caesar)
After a few days, Dmitree shows up in the Lomonov mansion saying he need's his army to kill the executive who betrayed Tsar (referring back to the meeting Caesar had with those guys)
Caesar eventually shows to Leewon's surprise and drags him into an empty room trying to kiss him. However, he demands an apology from Caesar who finally apologizes for his actions and they have s**.
After all the conflict, Leewon's dad retires and decides to live a life with his son.
Caesar and Leewon also continue there romantic relationship.
This is all based on the novel!!
