Believe it or not...It's actually really hard telling someone the situation you're in. Plus she didn't have no proof of the guy stealing her things. And even if Haesol knew and they told the consular they still wouldn't have anything to prove it. So they would still have to deal with that douche canoe either way. Unless they beat the living daylights out of him of course!
