There's honestly something seriously wrong w choe. Why doesnt he ever accept the affection that's being given to him?

I think it has to do with his childhood/upbringing. Because a few chapters ago he met up with Namwoo's sister and they talked about how she sacrafised her own wants for others. He related to that. Sorry if this wasn't any help
