explanation: soo cain gave sid the compass to go find the doctor. sid had other plans cause hes evil, so he just gave tge compass to some crazy mf demon. Then the crazy demon kills the doctor (doctor isnt dead duh) because sid wants to overthrow his master (cain). NOWW sid made it so whatever the doctor says wont be believable so hes finding a way to get Cain to realize that Sid is backstabbing him. yw
