what the heck???? is this side story kind of multiverse????? I'm seriously remembering doyun being an omega and having a partner. what the he** happened to this side story????

They are the 2 old brothers of Doyun ( Doyun is the omega and he has a relationship with Tehan, the principal partners).
Both of the brothers are alphas. They are very similar, it's easy make a mistake
The main story is about Doyun who's an omega but the side story is about his older brother Dojun and alpha with the doctor
