This is just my personal opinion but feel like mole-lip and blueberry are most likely to become endgame and I'm not mad about it either. The person that blueberry grew open to wasn't cheek-mole but lip-mole. Are there aspects of cheek-mole that blueberry likes and is attracted to? Yes! But from what we've all been reading, he really has only opened up to cheek-mole because he thought that he was lip-mole. I do believe that cheek-mole has a right to feel betrayed by his brother but it still is technically his fault. Lip-mole didn't put himself into this predicament thinking "Imma steal yo man brother bcuz this boy do be fine ?", no. He felt compelled to help his brother out because his anxiety was holding him back. Eventually he caught feeling for homeboy but again, you just can't help how you feel towards some people. Going back to my opinion, I feel like blueberry would be happy overall with either one of them, but given the current situation, lip-mole just feels like the right person for him to end up with due to the fact that he's the real person that's been helping him the vast majority of the time. There were a few exceptions such as the medical room scene in the pool building, the movies, the peach flavoured drink library incident, and a few more but besides that, lip-mole has been doing most of the work in helping blueberry. Anyways, I'm tired of typing so imma dip out and continue reading.
