I'm more scared of losing weight than actually gaining weight

If your 13 and weigh 68 that depnds on your height. I'm 15 and my height is 164cm which is like 5.4 or 5.5 and the avarage weight for me is 54-67kg . Age doenst really matter it's your height that actually matters plus your muscle water and your bone but in avarge you gotta search your height
