It's normal back in the days since they get married for political purposes and not out of love, it's the same as the manhwa called "i became the wife of the monstrous crown prince" They got married at a young age too.
Didn't she also say something about being married for 15 years? I was getting confused. Maybe they were married 15 years before he dies? I dunno.
