the person that cares about him...? as evidenced by the past few chapters sieon doesn't care about namwoo the same way namwoo does for sieon. remember he said that he would cut things off if emotions got involved? sieon may act nice but he just does what he thinks is best for the other person without taking into consideration how they may feel.
