Yang kai is a pretty bad leader in terms of not discussing with any of his followers most plans, some plans yes but others no. He also gives no debrief and leaves all sorting and stuff to that lady with the hair. He simply goes in attacks tells like 2-3 people of what to do and makes them tell the others. But he excells in most other things

He IS more used to getting sh** done himself instead, sooo.
I mean he always go alone, so he kinda bad at leadership.
I mean if u were really reading you should know that he does everything alone so....

@your mother to be fair, a good leader knows when they are needed and not needed. A SR manager does not need to manage the associates. That's the managers job. The SR manager only needs to manage the managers.
