You have to keep in mind she is a little girl. Her father is the one that "corrupted" her. In the end she is the victim here and has been groomed to think this behavior is somewhat normal. She even tries to show her affection to Aisha (as shown here) cause she thinks it is how you show it. Also she seems to not be as educated and more naïve which makes her more vulnerable, I believe. Honestly, who cares if she is flirty? Rather she flirt with kids her age than an older man LOL
