I just remembered joonie told ahJUICY that he is in a relationship & doing well . I bet ahJUICY is thinking "he's happy now there's no point of me expressing my feelings". 
or hyung probably told him what joonie said about that man & thinks joonie told him that because he doesn't care about AhJUICY anymore.
