This manga/hentai is quite goofy. Basically the MC catches his wife cheating on him so he runs outside and gets hit by a truck and dies. The g** that reincarnates him mistakes his wish "to be loved by his wife" as "to be loved by wives". So basically he has a skill that makes married women instantly fall in love with him when activated. Oh yeah...he is also a hero.

He's also an naive idiot. Even more so since he STILL loves his wife in the previous world even though she cheated on him so not only is he an naive idiot, he's an naive idiotic simp at that.
