I'm having this feeling that her ex husband was not really cheating to her. I think it's just a misunderstanding and when she file for a divorce I feel like Taeyang (ex) just signed it because he think she need space from her parents sudden death, maybe he's just being understandable. But, in this chapter Taeyang is kinda sus because he said that FL didn't tell her address so he just bring her to his home but in his memory she said it, and he do something suspicious on his laptop.

My wild theory: the twist is that Sungwoo was the real culprit behind her parent's "accident" and also the one to fake Taeyang's "affair," and he's a regressor too. But now, Taeyang is trying to protect Eunha from him bc he found out the truth in their last life and is also now a regressor (and possibly knows Sungwoo is as well or Sungwoo is and suspects Taeyang is too). And Sungwoo basically turned yandere after losing out in the last life.
Just saying bc both guys are so sus, and the author does a great job at using narrator bias to tell the story (reminds me of how the author of Cheese in the Trap uses the same to set up the thriller atmosphere in the story).
He still didn't receive her calls during her hard times and started acting cold towards her so even if he really didn't cheat he's still trash i would say or it could be revealed that the black haired dude gaslighted him into thinking the mc is cheating or soemthing and that's why he was acting cold but even so he could have been there for her during her parents' death
