Id normally agree but this was a kidnapping and premeditated murder. If he killed all 5 of those guys id say he's justified. Especially considering 3 of them were carrying lethal force and there was a hostage. He's dumb for asking them to let his father go at this point. Beat the cr** out of them then free your dad, they clearly shown they weren't willing to cooperate anyway.
