Since the president is inside the emperor, does that mean that the emperor is inside the presidents' bod??

I'm pretty sure the president is like.....dead :)
It happens alot in reincarnation to pull out this theory. I've never seen it happen before, Zeeee, but what I do know is sometimes the original owner of the body is still in the body persons thoughts unless its a dream. This however can't be the case so the logical conclusion is the president's mind is dead.
