I'm so confused right now, what's happening? How come someones getting married? And who is who again? Another question, who is thatbeautiful girl or buy that's suppose to get married to the ghost something? And by the way the art looks so good ?

I would honestly recommend watching the first couple of episodes of the animation and it will paint a MUCH clearer picture of what is happening. I was so confused at first too.
Yea even in the t.v adaptation the pacing is weird. (But you get more context than this) however I think in general adaptations tend to jusy assume you know stuff. I'm not sure if the original text spends this little time explaining stuff or not though
