Well, I didn't hate Ilay whatsoever but hated Shinru. The guy is not sincere at all toward Tae and is manipulating him. It's not like Ilay forced himself to Shinru though, I think that's why Tae didn't react. And Y'all noticed Shinru is doing it so casually as if it's not his first time even? I think Ilay did it to show Shinru's true self to Tae. (And the way he's looking at him through the whole things though !!)
