Just can't blame lingxin, they've been in a relationship for 7 years so probably he'll not move on that fast plus he's aware on what motives that Dr. Qin has so again he probably put a barrier between qin with motives and qin being his doctor that's why we can't blame him if he can't like back Dr. Qin. 

But, I still don't trust tianqi. Maybe he'll change but by the fact that his one of lingxin's reason why he didn't get a surgery on time and why lingxin has a depressed mood.
