He is already aware, take a quick look into the first chapters you can see that he saw him change position with his brother, I guess 🙂
He doesn't know yet he is his bro..
He knows that the lawyer switched places with his brother because when he saw the brother doing it with his uncle he wasn't hard but then he say the lawyer take off his clothes to take the place of his brother wearing a bra and the guy got hard and took interest in the lawyer
He knows he switched with another guy but he doesn't know the guy is his brother.
