basically, the "teacher" groomed omega to be his idiot savant hacker. He never let him go to school & told him he owes a high debt that teacher is protecting him from. The teacher sent him with 2 others to get something (I think bomb codes or something like that) from a weapons sale. They were caught because the sale ended early to the alpha. The Alpha freed the other 2 and they were arrested then hid because they knew the teacher would try to assassinate them before letting them stand trial. Now the omega has stupidly run back to the teacher expecting help, but is learning from various other people (2 in this chapter but several in previous chapters) that the teacher isnt trustworthy and that he isnt safe. Now he has learned that the teacher has put a hit out on uncle and sister, which means he may also be a target if he cant do what the teacher wants. He is realizing he will be safer with the alpha.
