I am not so sure so i don't fuc**** question it anymore but i think it was a mistranslation or typo???
@Please Explain I'll explain. In one chapter, the translators misspelled the word (if I remember well) have with HAHE and everyone in the comments section was really confused. In the next chapter they uploaded, they joked about the whole situation and that is how HAHE was born. 
It's a typo the translators made in a chapter instead of "have" they misspelled it as "hahe" and it's an inside joke now
