Not really. As someone who has some experience in the lifestyle. Real compliments and praise are criminally undervalued in relationships. Just look at the memes about guys coveting their yearly compliment, and as Chris Rock says it "Women need 3 things. Food, Water, and Compliments." A women in a highstress enviroment like her job, where she feels overworked and undervalued, are particularly susceptible. Breaking someone down, and putting them in a physical and emotionally vulnerable position, to build them back up with praise and positive reinforcment is how you train a proper slave.
