Did you really read the last chapters? If everytime you are with your partner and the da** watch rings and your partner leaves, would you like that? He never gave any explanation. Of course he has his own reasons but people aren't mind readers, Uke wouldn't know unless he explains.... Even when they broke up, Seme was in his own world, didn't say anything.... Anyone would feel awful if their partner acts like they doesn't even care even if they broke up..... That watch is the trigger for Uke... He's not in wrong for behaving like that....
