It's like a doujin with actual plot. As a escapism power fantasy not bad. Though MC rarely meets any opposition. MC is a somewhat lawful evil predator. He uses many tricks to bed women but never outright physical ra** (except maybe one case).  In any case: MC is not a pushover MC is somewhat smart and not dense There is some character development There is actual plot and reasons for everything As for cons: Too much harem members Too much s**  Too much forced s** (subjective) Somewhat rushed ending (if 74 is ending)
