I had decent expectations.
I shouldn't have.
I was let down.
What to expect :
- Sociopath ML (I liked him tbh)
- Possessive ML
- Dumb MC
- Miscommunication
- Misunderstanding
- Unnecessary angst (it doesn't even make sense most of the time)
- Supportive friends
- Minimal smüt
What not to expect :
- Communication (MC doesn't communicate even once)
- Decent MC
- A satisfying ending
The story would've ended in 30 chaps, if the MC had talked just once.
I can't count the amount of times I wanted to leap through the screen and smack the MC across the face, is how frustrating it was reading him. I mean...I really really really just wanted him to speak once. I lost count of how many times he started a sentence and then ended it in his own head (for 60+ chapters)... Tf dude... Speak up!
The ML's the only one who put any efforts, literally.
To top it all, all that drama and then they go ahead and finish the story in 1 measley chapter... How? Why?
Why did you drag it for 63.5 chapters and then resolve everything in just 1.5 and end it?
