Honestly, it's pretty bad. The beginning is really awful. The world isn't meaningfully set up, none of the characters are fleshed out, and there's not really a plot. It's not until near the end of S1 that it stops being a collection if disconnected s** scenes.
SPOILERS: This story also has an SA/trauma problem. Not because it's present; I've seen r*pe used as a meaningful story beat. The problem is the inconsistency. It's made very clear that the twins sexually torture the MC for days, yet he's fine with them basically throughout the rest of the story. But he's horrified when other characters try to force him into s** acts and traumatized by similar behavour from the Doctor.
S2 tries to have a plot, but a lot of the story beats happen outside of the reader's perspective and there's not enough connective tissue. Stuff just happens. And again, the main threat always comes down to SA. The ending is a big nothing burger too as they basically return to the status quo from the start of S2 where MC is being passed around on a schedule.
