Pretty good
Hahhhh now that this amazing BL has ended. I shall talk (and glaze) about my wonderful children Hyunjin and Chanyoung and also some gripes because I love to overthink. Main couple analysis :
Hyunjin (MC, the bottom) I really like the fact that MC is such a romantic person, he always viewed his crush in a non-sexual manner which I feel is so uncommon in BL because love does not have to be viewed as having sexual and romantic feelings, it can be both and also either one!
Even though others around him thought MC didn’t actually like his crush but had a “friend crush” (idk if it’s used outside of my friendgroup but it basically refers to a strong desire to be friends with someone, characterized by admiration and a wish to connect, but it is completely platonic and not romantic.) MC stands firm with his feelings and knows that he did truly like his crush romantically which is adorable.
MC is very emotionally mature, he is able to understand his own feelings and emotions and also the ML’s insecurities and empathise with the ML and make him feel safe. He starts of being head over heels and focused on trying to romance his senior but as story progresses he starts to realise his feelings for the ML which btw I personally really like the transition of MC moving on from his previous crush to his new one aka our ML. The author made it well done and not just an automatic jump and also MC didn’t rebound onto ML. He throughly went through his feelings and then realised he liked ML, 10/10 amazing character and green flag cutie
