Rocks on Koi wo Suru Tsumori wa Nakatta
this is a grounded, engaging romance-drama between the two leads (rou & yoshino). i love when the BL genre implements fantasy elements into its story or when it's very over-the-top w/ its depiction of romance, but koi wo suru tsumori wa nakatta ("koitsumo" for short! ehe❤️) depicts the kind of love story that could've happened to u, someone within ur family, or one of ur friends, and it's such a nice change of pace.
i'm going into spoilers territory from here on out:
Spoiler!
personally, i think koitsumo's strength lies in its characters -- especially the leads. both rou & yoshino are grounded characters who have very human flaws n concerns. i'm especially drawn to yoshino bc i think a lot (like A Lot) of gay ppl can relate to his thoughts n turmoils.
yoshino is a working-class, closeted gay man who is pushing thirty. he struggles to find the time n courage for romantic relationships. as a result, he resorts to wanting to experience the intimacy of s**. this need is met by rou, who at first glance seems like a very put-together, out-and-proud young bi man. i really, really love how at the end of the story, rou's perfectly curated persona falls apart from the weight of his own feelings towards yoshino. i think it's lovely that yoshino, despite being timid n inexperienced in the realms of romance, manages to undo rou so completely just by sheer magnitude of his earnestness n honest persistence. it sends a hopeful n positive message that they become honest w/ themselves n each other at the end of the story❤️

...anyways i adore this manga n i'd also recommend checking out the drama cd if u had the chance bc it's so well-acted!🥰

Rocks on Ni Jiu
Slowburn, yes. But hey, im a sucker for superb art so its already a 5star for me with that alone. The story is a bit unique (a touch of ABO here), the Male Lead is somewhat indifferent but we love his face so yeah. Overall, its a darn fine read lol.

Rocks on The Titan's bride
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. incredible story! a lot of people came because of the anime and size difference kink, just like me. HOWEVER, there is a really good plot, logic, good relationships between characters. of course, at first it seems that you will read another cringe, but then the story, narration, hot zex drags you on. important dramatic questions are raised as the story progresses. I recommend! my favorite story❤

Rocks on Back to School
It's so good I really recommend it because it shows the reality of most of us teenagers that can't or don't know how to show their emotions

Rocks on Salad Days (Tang LiuZang)
Not gonna pass up making a review on my favorite. Pure love? Check. Power couple? Check. Doting Male Lead? Super check. What else? Stunning visuals, with a story that is interesting enough to keep you hooked. I'm usually generous with my reviews but this one sure deserves it. Author and translators are topnotch.

Rocks on Reincarnated into Demon King Evelogia's World
Such a cool story!
I first came because of enough cringie anime, I wanted to see the bed scenes. And here, in addition to the hot zex, there's also a story, a global one, and the characters have experiences. Watching the characters develop as residents of this world and as a couple is awesome!

Rocks on Hold Me Tight
No other manhwas can even compare to this one. The Best of best manga ever. The purity, sincerity, love, loyalty the two main protagonist shown to each other are brilliant. If it's within me i will give it No. 1 rank without second thought.

Sucks big time on Sadistic Beauty BL Sidestory
It fuc**** sucks. It's a rapist-empathising story with the worst and most hopeless ending ever.
