I'm confused. I read this story in one breath, maybe I still have to process it, but I wanted to leave my opinion about it. Only one word comes to mind: INTENSE. The story isn't bad, at the beginning there doesn't seem to be a real direction, and it's not bad, sometimes it's okay that everything isn't predictable. then things start to get more serious and more intense, the protagonists grow and their emotions grow and become stronger and stronger. Many of you have written that the end was pulled away, but I don't agree, I would say that on the contrary, a not indifferent peak of intensity is reached at the end. Nothing is left to chance, everything is clarified, in my opinion, now that I've written all these things, I've cleared my mind and I'd say yes, it's a story that leaves its mark, so I suggest you read it, but don't expect it a love that is born and grows with some obstacles.
No, here is all the intensity and suffering that there is in stories bordering on toxicity, indifference, carelessness, taking oneself for granted, not thinking of deserving that person or of being happy. Here is this and the degree of intensity that can be found and I believe that if this was what the author wanted, he has largely achieved the goal.

It's a passable romance story that has a horrible choose your own ending. Author just didn't have the stones I guess.

I want to say HLW is the best, I really do. It's fast paced, a bit on the nose with every ability just being a little more BS than the last one. Truly a story where everyone is just OP. The designs are all over the place, kinda reminds me of a circus, like One Piece, but up to the end of the first half it's pretty great.

I think the second half of it becomes a little too similar to shonen stories and it pulls away from the divisive original lead and it hurts the overall product. Also gives spotlight to horrible and boring archetypes like "My power is your power". 

I still find it worth reading, at least half way, after that, it depends on how invested you are.

Also the ending drops this thing a whole star.

It's yet another OP protagonist, that's nothing amazing. What's amazing is that it remains fairly focused on just the main narrative and the escalation of power. It only touches side stories when they become part of the main plot and not for a second longer.

It does it's job much better than a lot of current day 2* star narratives that get distracted by ogling girls or hamfisted romance.

I have not read it but just the description is disgusting and honestly I hope the author ends her own life cuz nobody cares about her, if I knew her in real life be doing the world a favor by takibg her out I hope ppl stomp on her grave I hope she burns to death after getting tortured FUC**** disgusting pig

When I tell u to read it I'm not kidding- it's amazing and I believe it's written by the same artist who wrote under the green light, so sad it's completed 😭
